James Dean represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters involving business and employment disputes. With prior experience in the entertainment industry and representing high profile clients, he possesses unique dexterity with navigating nuanced business concerns and sensitive workplace disputes for creatives, entrepreneurs, and entertainment focused small and medium-sized businesses and their employees.

After graduating with his BBA in International Business from Valdosta State University, James graduated from Georgia State College of Law. While in law school, he served as the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and participated in the Student Trial Lawyers Association. James is a member of the Georgia Bar and admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.

Prior to joining Parks, Chesin, & Walbert, James represented large cap companies and their affiliates, hospitals, and commercial and residential property management companies in various matters for a national full-service law firm.
